Dryblock Solution When calibration at temperatures up to +400°C is required, or when mobility is needed, a transportable Ellab Dryblock system is available. A stable temperature profile is created using a controlled and heated aluminum block, which is drilled with wells to fit the sensors/probes being used. Please note that you cannot expect the same high performance as with liquid baths due to this design.
The dryblock consists of a painted rugged steel frame with easy access to all controls, power inlet etc. The unit is equipped with a solid handle for convenient and safe transport. The insert is deep in order to ensure stable readings for the sensors being calibrated.
The accuracy is achieved by having a special angle in each of the 16 holes in the insert, which is made of solid aluminum.
