Probes
Ellab develops and manufactures a wide range of probes for various applications.  The list of probes includes multipoint probes with 4 to 10 measuring points, probes for frozen applications, high temperature probes, special probes for liquids and air, probes for hot air ovens, steam sterilizers and autoclaves, etc.   We are constantly asked to manufacture probes and accessories for special measuring purposes and we will always welcome your inquiries.

The SSA Universal Probe System
With our comprehensive and unique range of SSA probes, you are able to measure temperature in various manufacturing processes and packaging.

Our SSA universal probe system offers you:

• High accuracy and reliability under the most adverse environmental conditions
• Direct interchangeability with all Ellab instruments
• Flush fitting of the gland allows samples to be seamed, capped or closed on factory machines
• All samples may be vacuum sealed
• Use of a “needle system” keeps thermocouple interference to the minimum
• Stainless steel and polyoxymethylen minimize the risk of heat conduction
• Screw connection between probe and gland eliminates all risk of steam or water ingression to the measuring point
