Ellab provides both calibration equipment such as baths, dry blocks and temperature standards along with calibration services from our own metrology labs. The Ellab metrology lab facilities are among the finest in the industry since Ellab believes the starting point for any measurement is to have a reproducible and highly precise standard.

Ellab Temperature Standard
The traceable ETS allows for an extremely accurate temperature calibration. The ETS is available in 3 different versions and comes with calibration certificates traceable to NPL. The ValSuite™ Pro software with the ETS and the LiquiCal™ bath provide an automatic setup, which simplifies the calibration process and saves time.

ValSuite™ Pro Software
ValSuite™ Pro Software allows for a semi or full-automatic pre and post calibration of cable probes or wireless loggers. Using the intuitive menus, all data necessary for software calibration is processed. Offset values are generated and stored in the software. For TrackSense® Pro wireless loggers and E-Val Flex intelligent cable probes a firmware calibration routine is recommended on a regular basis, and user alerts can be programmed into the memory for smart handling.

Calibration Set-Up
Ellab's calibration software uses a point-to-point method and can handle multiple points using only interpolation. When choosing the semi-automatic calibration, only an ETS is connected. In a full-automatic calibration, both the ETS and LiquiCal™ bath are in operation. The following performance criteria can be set:

· Maximum allowed calibration bath fluctuation band and time
· Holding time
· Max. allowed temperature standard fluctuation
· Maximum sensor temperature deviation and pass time

All setup conditions and acceptance criteria, together with actual values and deviations, are shown in the calibration report.
