Meet the Team
Adam Margolis
Mr. Margolis has 30 years of experience with FDA regulated industries, including pharmaceutical, medical device and biotechnology. Primarily focused on instrumentation, his experience has evolved to include the requirements of 21CFR Part 11 compliance and how this relates to mapping and monitoring systems. A “customer first” mentality has made him a trusted compliance partner in the industry.
Niral Patel
Niral Patel is a life science industry professional with over 23 years of experience in FDA and ISO-regulated biopharmaceutical and medical device environments. He has led complex capital projects, process validations, and technology transfers across top-tier companies including Siemens Healthcare, ThermoFisher Scientific, Catalent, and Sanofi Genzyme. Niral excels in driving operational excellence and cross-functional collaboration. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Ellab, he continues to support clients by providing the right CQV talent for project needs.
Mike Murphy
Mike has over 35 years of experience in Quality Control, Clinical Manufacturing, Technology Transfer, Project Management, and Validation. Mike has been the lead technical SME for the approval of three facilities and four products. Mike has managed the commissioning of several facilities and the validation for GMP approved lab spaces. Mike has worked with biotech companies globally, from startups to Fortune 500 firms, offering training and leadership on Quality System implementation, validation and audit preparation.
Saj Gil
Saj Gill is an experienced field engineer in the Pharmaceuticals and Medical Devices Industry, now providing expertise on solutions for Ellab in the Northeast. His passion for helping clients onsite greatly benefits their products through the various validation, monitoring, and calibration products and services at Ellab.
Joe Morwald
Mr. Morwald is a biomedical engineer with 30+ years of experience in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and Medical Device industries. He specializes in sterilization, WFI, calibration, and validation, and is recognized for delivering high-quality, compliant solutions with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Jason Daoust
Mr. Daoust has 20 years of experience in FDA and EU regulated industries, including biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and medical devices. His experience also includes ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 environments, and regulatory requirements such as GMP, GLP, and GDP. Jason is recognized as a thought leader commissioning, qualification, validation, temperature mapping, calibration, metrology, and continuous monitoring.
Alan Garcia
Mr. Alan Garcia is an experienced asset management professional specializing in the biopharmaceutical and biotech industries. He leads strategic planning, maintenance, and capital project integration to optimize equipment performance. Alan ensures cost efficiency, operational continuity, and compliance through data-driven decisions and cross-functional collaboration.
Jason Torre
Mr. Torre brings over 22 years of validation experience in the biopharmaceutical and biotech industries. He leads cross-functional teams, manages complex CQV projects, and drives compliance, change management, and continuous improvement—delivering efficient, strategic solutions that support quality systems, operational excellence, and regulatory readiness.
