For several years now, we have been training industrial clerks. Start your career at Ellab GmbH in Bockel, located directly on the A1 motorway between Hamburg and Bremen.

Industrial clerks are specialists in commercial and business administration tasks. As a true all-rounder, you can work in almost every department of a company.
Organizing, calculating, presenting, negotiating, optimizing business processes, and developing creative ideas – as an industrial clerk, things are guaranteed never to get boring.
Since 2013, we have been offering the industrial clerk apprenticeship and quickly recognized how valuable it is for our company. Our apprentices are important to us and are supported by friendly and helpful colleagues.
You will be right in the middle of the action and actively involved in daily business operations. What you learn can be applied directly in practice, and your own ideas and creativity are always welcome.

Apprenticeship Process
During your apprenticeship, you will rotate through all commercial departments and learn about the economic processes of a well-functioning industrial company. You will also acquire modern communication and media skills.
In addition to working in the HR, Finance, and Marketing departments, you will gain practical experience with our products in the Internal Sales department and learn how to work in a customer-oriented way.
As part of your time in Internal Sales, you may also participate in customer visits in Germany, Austria, or Switzerland.
Another highlight is your one-week stay at our parent company in Denmark near Copenhagen. There, our Danish colleagues will introduce you to the processes of production, warehouse management, quality assurance, as well as research and development.
You will Never get Bored With Us
Our apprentices take on their own projects after a short time and are responsible for them. Of course, all Ellab employees are always there to support you.
Your three-year apprenticeship is complemented by weekly classes at the vocational school in Zeven. At the end of your training, you will have excellent prospects for your career as an industrial clerk.

What stood out to me in the first few days was the pleasant working atmosphere. When starting in my new work environment, I receive plenty of support from my colleagues and enjoy learning new things. You are also given the freedom to try things out yourself and can take on responsibility early on. The apprenticeship at Ellab is a great start to working life!

Even before starting my apprenticeship, I noticed the unique atmosphere. Working independently helps you learn quickly. If questions arise, every employee is helpful and tries to find a solution. I also like that the apprenticeship involves contact with international customers, which helps improve your foreign language skills.

What I particularly like about the apprenticeship at Ellab is that it is designed to help us work independently very quickly. Apprentices are assigned their own projects and receive support from all sides during implementation. The apprenticeship is also very well structured and can be flexibly designed through customer visits or training sessions.
