Ellab Terms & Conditions

All sales by Ellab are subject exclusively to these Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale. The version in effect when the relevant Ellab entity accepts the Customer's order shall govern the transaction and prevail over any conflicting or additional customer terms. Any modification must be agreed in writing by Ellab.
Ellab publishes separate versions of its Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale for different jurisdictions. The applicable version is determined by the Ellab entity identified in the relevant quotation, order acknowledgement, invoice, or other contractual document.

• Global Terms apply to all Ellab entities except those covered by a jurisdiction-specific version.
• US Terms apply exclusively to sales by Ellab entities established in the United States.
• China Terms apply exclusively to sales by Ellab entities established in China.

NB: Certain services may be subject to local supplementary terms and conditions. Accordingly, Calibration and repair services performed by Ellab GmbH and Ellab AG shall be subject to the Supplementary Repair and Calibration Terms and Conditions. To the extent any provision of such supplementary terms conflicts with Ellab’s Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale, the supplementary terms shall prevail in relation to the relevant services.
