Applying for a job at Ellab? Here’s what You Need to Know!

Ellab is a global company experiencing rampant growth. And as such, we need more skilled people across the world to join our efforts.

When you send us an application for a vacant position, we’ll assess the specific qualifications you may have that are relevant for the role. Once we’ve gathered a select group of candidates for a position, we’ll require additional information from you before we move onto the interview process.

What Additional Information Might Ellab Require from me?

If you are deemed a suitable candidate for a position, Ellab may search through your social media to learn more about you. Additionally, with your consent, we may contact your previous employers for a reference and have you perform an online personality test to see whether we’re a good match as employee and company.

When can I Expect to Hear Back from Ellab?

Once we’ve reviewed the initial applications you will be informed about whether or not you were among the candidates that have been called in for an interview. We’ll not leave you in the dark either way!

Equality and Diversity in the Workplace

We have a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination both in the workplace and during the recruitment process. That means, Ellab makes no distinction, excludes none and holds no preferences on the basis of age, race, color, sex, religion, political opinion, national extraction or social origin.

This diversity policy naturally applies to all current and future Ellab employees, as we aim to accurately reflect the population within the country of each company.

Processing Your Personal Information

From when we receive your application, Ellab will, for the purpose, collect personal information about you to evaluate whether you’re a qualified candidate. This includes information from your CV and other documentation you’ve provided, as well as other information we may have gathered from social media, former employers, your interview with us and the personality test. All information that we gather about you are of course subject to GDPR and your consent can be withdrawn at any point.

Will Ellab Keep my Personal Information?

If you do not obtain the desired position within Ellab, all your information will be permanently deleted after 6 months. However, we can keep your application if you provide us with your consent so that you may be considered for similar positions in the future.

If you turn out to be the perfect candidate and get the job, your information will be safely stored in your personnel folder for as long as you continue your work at Ellab.
