Wireless Data Loggers
For wireless data loggers, Ellab offers the TrackSense® Pro series, which is a wide range of different data loggers designed for various applications and processes. Wireless data loggers are ideal for situations that involve sealed off areas or require additional measuring parameters.
In addition to this, the data loggers are equipped with interchangeable sensors, allowing sensors to easily be switched and replaced on the go.
The interchangeability is part of the unique electronic design. Each sensor includes an e-prom containing the sensor ID number and calibration constants which are recognized by the software.
The design also includes an A/D converter, which transforms analog data into digital data saved in the data logger memory during acquisition – before ultimately being uploaded to ValSuite.
This data is uniquely linked to the sensor, which can be easily exchanged with any TrackSense Pro data logger without the loss of data. An additional advantage is that only the sensor needs to be returned for factory re-calibration.
Ellab also offers a SKY option, which allows users to equip loggers with a real time data communication module for viewing live data within the validation software.
Thermocouple System
The thermocouple system that Ellab offers is a state of the art, compact module named E-Val Pro Plus. This system is simple to use and complies with FDA guidelines as well as GMP standards. The E-Val Pro Plus is a fitting solution for any thermal validation process, with its 40-channel sensor array, internal memory, cold junction compensation, calibration constants and many more features.
Data Integrity at its Finest
ValSuite is Ellab’s highly regarded validation and calibration software. This intuitive program combines all Ellab’s equipment into a single solution, opening the door to a vast amount of new possibilities by allowing users to combine data loggers with the traditional thermocouple systems.
The software is available in several versions to fit every need, most notably the ValSuite Pro version, which is fully FDA 21 CFR, part 11 compliant and Data Integrity approved. ValSuite offers features like customized reports with clear pass/fail criteria, test setups, data analysis, monitoring, live data and much more.
In addition to the desktop version of ValSuite, Ellab also offers a ValSuite app that allows users to freely view their ongoing sessions or completed validation reports.
Electronic Bowie Dick Test
SteriSense, the electronic Bowie Dick test is the newest innovation for routine control of autoclaves. The highly advanced device allows operators to easily place SteriSense in a steam sterilizer, run a test and then instantaneously receive a passed/failed result once the device has been read. The replaceable Process Challenge Device (PCD) allows SteriSense to run consecutive tests in a sequence, without having to stop and cool the unit.
